Information collected from general users

The Credit Union Association of Oklahoma (CUAOk) does not collect any personal information from users browsing its website, or from nonmembers who register for a conference online. Only aggregate data from these visitors - such as the number of hits per page - are collected. Aggregate data are used for internal purposes and do not reveal any personal information about the user.

Information collected from members

From time to time, CUAOk shares member business addresses (not e-mail or phone numbers) with third parties for one time use. These parties provide quality educational materials or services of interest to the credit union community. Any decision to share member information is deliberated carefully, and this type of arrangement takes place infrequently.

Cookies

Cookies are files that are stored on a user's computer to facilitate his or her navigation on a site. Because they establish a connection between remote host and user, they are sometimes used to analyze visitors to a site for marketing purposes. CUAOk, however, employs cookies solely to facilitate a visitor's use of its website per session, and does not analyze or share the data in any other way.
