AVP/Branch Manager
Tinker FCU (Yukon/Edmond East)

Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking management candidates for AVP/Branch Manager positions at both our Yukon and Edmond East locations.

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to assist TFCU deliver on its Mission: Tinker Federal Credit Union exists to help our members achieve their goals and realize their dreams. One of the primary means to achieve this end is to develop a highly effective team of employees and developing each employee to their highest potential through coaching and leadership. This position is responsible for ensuring outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. A key component of this service to external members is to ensure each employee identifies members’ financial needs and suggests appropriate CU solutions. In addition, this position will direct the operational and personnel activities of the branch office. They will ensure quality products and services to the membership by coordinating the activities of branch employees, make recommendations for policy and procedure changes and prepare the annual branch budget.

Strong emphasis on education. Requirements include: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field from a four-year college or university; four to six years supervisory experience; five years of financial institution experience (with one year in lending); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Full Time Teller

As a Teller I, you will make deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash checks and share drafts. You will maintain a cash drawer for member transactions. You will settle the drawer at the end of the day and verify with the computer-generated totals for that specific drawer. In addition, you will provide information about credit union services to existing and potential members. You will open new accounts by using a computer terminal. You will also provide other duties as assigned.
