The 2013 Annual Conference will be held on May 13-15, 2013 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Norman, Oklahoma. 

The Embassy Suite Norman provides a beautiful conference hall with the most advanced technology. They also provide a very convenient shuttle service that takes guest to popular shops, bars and restaurants such as Campus Corner, Louies Bar and Grill, Charleston's, Ted's Escondido, Main Street Shops, and Thunderbird Casino.

Golf & Tour

Golf
The CUAOk Annual Conference Golf Tournament will be held at Belmar Golf Club in Norman, Oklahoma.  For more information about the course, click here.

Sooner Land Tour
Take a journey through Sooner Land as you learn more about some of the attractions that Norman has to offer! We begin our journey at The National Weather Center. This unique site in Norman engages guests to experience the forces of nature and go behind the scenes to see the newest technology in action. Follow up the morning’s tour with a customized lunch for the group from a restaurant with a local focus that brings a fresh and exciting menu with an eye toward local and sustainable food products. After lunch, spend some time shopping in downtown Norman.

To reserve your hotel room at the Embassy Suites Norman, please use one of the options below;

"The cut-off date for all Group guest room reservations is  APRIL 17, 2013.  Any Rooms not reserved by this cut-off date will be returned to the hotel for general sale.  After this cut-off date, additional rooms for the Group can be reserved on a space available basis at published rack rates
