Sulkowski, Richard
Speaker: Richard Sulkowski is the Managing Attorney of the Chicago office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis and practices in Consumer Collections, focused on the General Consumer Collections, Credit Union and Collateral Recovery/Replevin Groups.  He earned a BA cum laude in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago in 1979 and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1982.  A member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations, Rick is licensed in Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Illinois) and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
