This seminar is designed to cover trusts from the credit union’s perspective. Experienced attorney and speaker, Robert Rutkowski, will cover the various types of trusts, discuss how trust accounts are set-up with the credit union and address related operational issues.  We will also cover how trusts within a credit union’s field of membership can borrow money, as well as traps to avoid when setting up these types of accounts.
