TFCU Mini Golf Tournament
The credit unions of Oklahoma have always been strong supporters of the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), a non-profit organization that provides pediatric research and education. One of CMN’s main fundraisers is “Dancing for a Miracle”, which is a spin-off of “Dancing with the Stars”. Local celebrities are paired with professional dancers and complete in a ballroom dance competition. In return, the celebrities are tasked with finding sponsors to support this effort.
This year, Scott White, one of the members on Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory Team, has accepted the challenge. So TFCU has paired with Celebration Station to sponsor its first mini-golf tournament. 100% of the proceeds raised will benefit CMN and the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
The tournament will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 (rain or shine), from 8:00 to Noon, at Celebration Station, 509 Westline Drive, in Oklahoma City, with an awards luncheon following the event.
We are looking for players and sponsors…
Players:
Registration for players will be $25 per person or $100 per team (4 players).
Teams will be eligible to purchase two mulligans and one string for $10.
If you use your own putter, it will cost you $15.
TFCU will provide caddies for retrieving your ball, fetching water, cheering you to victory,etc. at a price of $20 each.
Hole Sponsorships:
Hole sponsorships are $50. A sign next to your hole on all 3 courses will be posted with your name.
Prize and Gift Sponsorships:
For those not able to play or sponsor a hole, you can still participate by providing a gift item valued at $50 or more for our Silent Auction; donating a door prize; donating cash; and/or providing 50 giveaways for our goodie bags.
Prizes awarded include:
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place teams
- Best Dressed Team
- Highest score Best Team Name
- Hole-in-one prizes
- PLUS, LOTS OF SURPRISES!
