Speakers

Arnold, Mark
Mark is senior vice president of technology, employee & member development for Neighborhood Credit Union. He currently oversees and plans strategies for multiple departments, including marketing, business development, human resources and training. He directs activities and programs that promote a sales culture and is responsible for the credit union’s technology strategies. Mark is a member of Neighborhood Credit Union’s senior management team, where he helps formulate solutions to organizational changes and he chairs the credit union’s E-Tech team, which is responsible for implementing e-commerce and technology solutions to meet member needs.
