TFCU NAMES PATRICK YAGER TO NEW EVP/CHIEF RISK OFFICER POSITION
OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has announced the
promotion of Patrick Yager to the newly created position of executive vice
president/chief risk officer. Yager will oversee development and execution of an
Enterprise Risk Management program that will monitor traditional and non-traditional
areas of risk across all lines of TFCU business and support functions. This program will
help TFCU manage any risk throughout its operations and assist managers in assessing
that risk.
Yager joined TFCU in 1991. He has held positions in branch operations and internal
audit, most recently serving as senior vice president of internal audit. He is a certified
internal auditor, as well as a certified public accountant. Yager graduated from the
University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor of business administration in finance and
a bachelor of science in accounting. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree through
Oklahoma State University.
“Patrick brings a wealth of education and experience to this new position,” said TFCU
President/CEO Mike Kloiber. “I have every confidence in his ability to identify all risk
areas in the credit union and create a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Program.”
TFCU is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with over $2.8 billion in assets and over
260,000 members.
