Carol Rolke to Work for FAA Credit Union & Oklahoma Employees Credit Union

Carol Rolke, Steve Rasmussen and Mark Kelly announced they have recently finalized a collaborative agreement whereas Mrs. Rolke, beginning June 1, 2012, will work as general in-house counsel for both, FAA Credit Union and Oklahoma Employees Credit Union, subject to the ongoing contract and relationship Mrs. Rolke has established with CUAOk.  Mrs. Rolke will maintain an office at both FAA CU and OECU.  CUAOk members, however, will not notice any change as Mrs. Rolke will continue to maintain RLCS.  Mrs. Rolke’s contact information (i.e. e-mail and phone number) will remain unchanged.  Mrs. Rolke, Steve Rasmussen and Mark Kelly are committed to ensuring that members of the Credit Union Association of Oklahoma will continue to receive the same level of services as have been received by Mrs. Rolke in the past.  This arrangement, although different, will still allow Mrs. Rolke to continue with her compliance work for CUAOk and its member credit unions uninterrupted. We fully expect this arrangement will add value to Oklahoma Credit Unions through the hands on operational experiences Mrs. Rolke will garner through this collaborative arrangement.  Once again, Carol’s contact information (RLCS) will remain the same so credit union personnel can continue to call or e-mail her as they have previously done when needing compliance assistance. Further, the training opportunities and newsletters provided by Mrs. Rolke will continue to be delivered as provided in the past.   We believe this is a “win-win” situation for the industry as well as all the parties involved.
